Yes, some is acceptable. Hotaru does have limits on it, especially if someone is a stranger or someone she just met. Headpats, shoulder/arm touches are fine from anyone - hugging, kissing is reserved for those she's closest to.

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE:
As Hotaru, she's 10. Childish fist-fights are fine, anything more will result in them getting Sailor Saturn.

Sailor Saturn is a badass, so bring it.

ROMANCE/FLIRTING:
Innocent kid romance is fine. Nothing more than that.

No, that isn't something I'd be comfortable with.

PSYCHIC ABILITIES:
She does have some telepathic abilities, but wouldn't be using this often on most others. Others can use such abilities on her.

MAGIC/POWERS:
There are many abilities, most of which would be reserved for a fight. She has some small healing powers that can be used on others, mostly minor wounds. Others can use their powers on her, just talk to me first.

As with most magical girls, Hotaru's identity as Sailor Saturn is magically protect. If someone is able to read her energy/soul, then they would find out about her secret.

MEDICAL INFORMATION:
She may physically be 10, but her growth happened in the span of six months. She also ages up to about 13 as Sailor Saturn. As with all the Senshi, Hotaru is a very old soul that has been reborn multiple times.

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS:
Hotaru is a reborn soul, in her last past life, she was in a horrible accident and her father experimented on her while also offering her body as a vessel. Such conversations would bring up various kinds of child abuse, if that's a problem, let me know.

Sailor Saturn has and will kill people without showing much remorse, if that's a trigger then please inform me.
